# $ETERNAL Token

It will be the currency of the [Overworld](https://eternals.gitbook.io/eternals-wiki/vision-and-utility/the-overworld), and has additional use cases outside of the [Overworld](https://eternals.gitbook.io/eternals-wiki/vision-and-utility/game-rise-of-the-overworld). <mark style="color:orange;">**Examples**</mark> of these include:

* Minting collectible NFTs
* Merchandise discounts
* Raffle house entries
